How will today go...

I'm wondering how long a 2 hr job will take today!! :( Obviously todays work will take more than 2 yrs but 'just sayin'. Yesterday, Ken decided to fix the sink drain and re-run a line for the ice maker because it wasn't working right... well, he started and it seemed like everything decided to not fit and keep on leaking.. Goodness, he had to make at least 3 trips to the hardware store, never the less he was quite disgruntled...

I'm definitely not getting the stuff done this week that I had wanted to do. I had wanted to get 30 bags cut and interfaced this week so I'm ready to cut 2 kinds of kid bags next week. Sooo, the plans will be forwarded to next week. I'll try and get all other stuff done this week, ugh, that garden needs cleaning again, seems it never ends... I guess today we'll start on the outside,hmmm, wonder how many wrenches can be thrown in the works for us today!! So today its cleaning the gardens, flower beds, herb garden and garage. Then we have the yard to mow Friday, I suggested to pick up the grass clippings and use for garden mulch so we won't have so much to clean. Well, its time to get my morning work done so I'm ready to get out there.

Time to update...

Welllll, yeah you won't get much..... :)

Looks like we have another busy week ahead of us...at least this humid heat wave has passed by for a few days at least, or I hope...

I don't know what I would do if Ken wouldn't help with the garden, well yes I do know... :) I'm just happy & thankful he loves to work outside, it's not that I don't like working outside, I just can't take the humidity and I always have plenty to do inside too. We definitely need rain. We have so much lettuce right now and its so delicious, I've been giving it to the neighbors and anyone that can use some.

Ken goes on a machinery run one day and I need to go see about an order for the track that was placed 2 weeks ago and still no word on it, plus deliver some recipes to someone. Make some salves one day and get more bags cut plus go on a coffee break with some of the siblings before #3 sibling hopes to be going back on the road, then we are down to the last of the week again with July 4th at the front door... yeah, not much interesting things happening in our lives right now!!
